EADS, assignee vs MADISON. Jury seated to inquire of damages: Benj GESS, Henry RONOX (RENICK?), John CRADDOCK, Amos SMITH, Samuel ISSACKS (ISSACS), James SHIRLEY, Thomas SHIRLEY, James RENOC (RENICK), George DICKEY, Hardy ALFORD, Jesse HUGHES, William PITMAN/PUTMAN. Verdict for plaintiff for 46 pounds, 10 shillings and no pence, plus one penny in damages. Francis KING vs Thomas ROBINSON. On motion by the defendant through his attorney it is ordered that the attachment be quashed since it is not in the jurisdiction of this court. Plaintiff to pay costs. Martin McMAHAN vs Wm TINSLEY. A writ of inquiry set aside - not guilty. SUGG vs HAMMOND. Motion by defendant thru his attorney; ordered that the judgment obtained yesterday against Isaac MILLER (special bail) be set aside. Joseph ANDERSON vs David HUDSPETH on broken covenant. Judgement confirmed for 50 pounds with interest until the Feb. Court; stay of execution until then.
