What a shame. I have not been to the Hart Co. Courthouse, but the courthouses in Cumberland, Adair, and Russell Counties were very welcoming. They all just waved me towards the old record books and indexes and said "help yourself" and were extremely nice. I'm so sorry she traveled so far only to find one of the few unfriendly and unhelpful people in Kentucky!
