She found his gravesite in my records (Edmonson Co Cemeteries - in a cemetery not named. Gatewood, John G - 20 Dec 1829-21 Sept 1878 The cemetery is north of Rocky Hill Cross road on 31 E across the road from the Garnett Lyle Farm---birth date is his birthdate ---the G should be a "C" but easily misinterpreted. The death date should read 1868---but she is sure this is it. Mandane needs better directions to reach it as she has no idea where Garnett Lyle farm is. I have no idea as I'm not familiar with Edmonson Co. Can any of you give Mandane better directions? If so, please write her at the address shown in the first line. I would really appreciate it!! Sandi, In your post it mentions that the cemetery is north of Rocky Hill Cross road on 31 E. That should be 31 W.
