One of our list members, Jan, asked about the Spanish Civil War (1930's) which wasn't on the list I sent out earlier. I told her this was one war with which I had no knowledge. So I went to Wikipedia at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanish_Civil_War which gives a pretty thorough write-up. Now, did any Kentuckians get involved? I can't yet find. I know Americans did fight in this war which is often confused with the Spanish-American war. If I find anything, I will post to the list.
