MOSS and Mary A MOSS of the first part and Richard HEATHER and Company of the Second part all of the County of Barren and State of Kentucky. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of One hundred Dollars paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and Sold, and do by these presents, grant bargain and Sell unto the Said Richard Heather and Company a certain piece or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the Town of Glasgow and County and State aforesaid, and Known by the Number as out Lot November 20, in the original plot of Said Town, to have and to hold the aforesaid lot forever, free from the claims of me or my heirs and all persons claiming through by or under me, and against the claims of all persons whatever. Thanks for posting this. This is most likely Henry Suder Moss, born 1817, married Mary Ann Trigg of Glasgow. He was my first cousin, 4 times removed.
