Peter Price wed Nancy Arnett in Caswell Co. NC in 1805 then moved to Pulaski Co. KY shortly thereafter. By 1812 they had moved on into Green Co. where their children -- John (1810), Joseph (1807), Peter (1812), Nancy (1814) and Moses Calloway (1816) -- were apprenticed starting in 1821. It is assumed that Peter had died prior to that, but there are several possibilities: (1) both Peter and Nancy died prior to 1820 (not in census report); (2) Peter died and Nancy could not support children; (3) Peter abandoned family and Nancy died; (4) Peter died and Nancy wed again to a man who did not want the children; etc. Descendants of Peter's children have put together this information, finding each other through DNA testing. We are still seeking information on the fate of Peter and Nancy Arnett Price circa 1820 in Green Co. KY.
