In consideration of Two notes one of one Hundred and five Dollars payable in Six months and one of Seventy Seven Dollars Payable in Twelve months and thirty Dollars Cash in hand paid we have this day Sold to C. W. TERRY, J. R. PEDIGO & James A. SHIRLEY a lot of Ground in the Town of Glasgow being a part of lot No. 94 being the north corner of Said lot fifty feet front to front E. MORRIS lot and to run back Sixty five feet when the above named notes or debts are Paid we are to make a deed with General warranty to Said ground it is however understood that we reserve all the brick and rock that may be upon Said lot of Ground at this time given under our hands this 17th day of April 1871. /s/ J R & W F REDDING.
