Several of the young folks, of this community, will attend Prof. A A HUDDLESTON's school at Burkesville this winter and spring. It appears that Cumberland County is going to have an over-supply of teachers next fall. The examination should be very rigid next year so that the wheat can be separated from the tares. Mr E P HUTCHENS sold all of his personal property, consisting of stock, farming implements, household and kitchen furniture, at public auction last Tuesday. Mr. Hutchens sold his farm some time ago to Mr Bob TAYLOR for the sum of $3,000. Mr. Hutchens will leave in a few days but we are not informed as to where he will go.
