In consideration of one hundred dollars in hand paid to me R. N. SANDERS of Barren County & J. W. FOSTER of said county in his life time I do hereby sell convey unto A. B. NUCHOLS Adm. of said Sister, one tract of land in said County on the Morrison Road containing about 25 acres more or less adjoining the land of A. M. GRAVIN. E. J. SANDERS &c conveyed to sd Sanders & Harrison McPHERSON. To have and to hold the same to the sd. Nuchols as administrator of said Foster for the use and benefit of the said sister's estate. I hereby warrant the title to said land to be free from all claims whatever. Given under my hand this 21st day of Decr. 1857. /s/ R P Sanders.
