Rod, what is interesting is that Sue MacKay's transcription of the Grahamstown Journal only reports her death. "December 1837 Departed this life on Friday evening, 1st Dec. Mrs.Julia TURVEY, aged 60 years, deeply regretted by her numerous offspring. She was a tender Mother, a faithful Wife and sincere Friend.
