Deeply mourned. 5939 FRANCIS. - Killed in action, 24th March, 1918, at Gauche Wood, Roland, eldest and dearly loved son of the late Mrs. Edwin Francis, and grandson of the late Mr. Charles BLACK, of the "Gordon Memorial Mission, Umsinga," and Mrs. BLACK, of Durban, aged 19 years and 11 months.
