Dear Brian I belief that all the Deeds Office's are busy scanning their records - I know for a fact that the one in Cape Town and the one Pretoria are doing it. Also that copies are going to be available online at a fee. Attorneys amongst other would of course have accounts with them to access the material. I unfortunately do not know about timeframes for this to happen.
