He has a section under Services of Officers Lucas, William De Neuville (L) - Clerk to the Civil Commissioner and resident magistrate in Uitehage, 5th Sept 1879; acting clerk and distributor of stamps at Hanover, from 5th May, 1883 to 8th February 1884 ; and at Murraysburg from 9th February to 12th March, 1884; clerk at Uitenhage, 13th March 1884; acting clerk and distributor of stamps, Port Elizabeth, 1st May 1884; clerk at Uitenhage, 1st October 1884; Port Elizabeth, 1st November 1884; clerk deeds office, Cape Town 11th October 1887; examiner, 1st March 1893; departmental auditor of transfer duty, 11th September 1894; chief clerk and assistant registrar of deeds, 22nd July 1897; acting registrar, 12th July 1899. Edgar Hamilton BISSET was Clerk in The Attorney General's Office , Superior Courts Branch. First date of Appointment Aug 12 1889. Fixed Appointment date Feb 12 1890. His salary was 500 pounds per annum. There a George HUTTON who worked on the Western System of the Railways as Erector's Foreman.
