I will tell my story as simply as possible and hope for a response!! My father in law JACOBUS CONELIUS CORDIER BORN 10 OCT 1928 died 4 June 2012 - According to his baptism certificate his mother was ESTER FRANCINA JANSEN VAN RENSBURG she died when my father was 21 +- 1949 in P.E. I only have a name and a wedding photo – no other relatives or any info on where they stayed or were she was buried. HIS father was JOHN ADAM CORDIER, born in 13 June 1899 he died 1 Nov 1989 in Hummasdorp P.E - HE WORKED AT SHOOKS AND BOXED AND RETIRED THERE IN 1962 – I HAVE THE CLOCK THEY GAVE HIM ON RETIREMENT. I know my father has/had a brother in AUSTRALIA NAMED WILFRED CORDIER but he never contacted the family again after he left in 1959 – 1960 I believe he was born between 1930 – 1935 – AS THIS IS THE ONLY CLOSE RELATIVE HE WILL MOST POSSIBLY BE ABLE TO GIVE INFO ON HIS MOTHER - WHERE SHE WAS BORN / BURIED I am currently trying to get info on John Adam Cordier parents, siblings and Ester Francina Jansen van Rensburg parents and siblings I am desperately trying to find someone to help trace WILFRED CORDIER or any info on JOHN ADAM CORDIER AND HIS WIFE ESTER FRANCINA JANSEN VAN RENSBURG.
