I even emailed the CEO who came with "yo, this is strange, have no idea. try some of the very old councillors." Thankfully Carol came to my rescue with a lookup from the typescript of the research a few people have made reference to by Mr Meyer in 1976. "Wright Street, Sidwell on the one side of Fowler developed by R.W. Pudney. On the other side was Fowler Street, named after his wife's family and Wright Street after his mother's family, (wife of A.J.Pudney)." AJ Pudney was married to Helen Elizabeth Wright, daughter of Captain William George Sabin Wright who hailed from England. From my limited experience it seems that a look-up from the typescript of Mr Meyer's research is the bets route to go, rather than dealing with the Nelson Mandela Bay metro.
