    3. Hi Shannon I have checked all available records for Port Elizabeth. He would probably have been re-interred in North End but has no gravestone and there are no burial records for that period. On a long shot (and unlikely) he may have been buried in St. Marys but no gravestone. There are 91 Vice names on the CD nearly all of which are in the EL area. A few mod ones in Grahamstown including a Thomas (1970's) so could be a son. Sorry I cannot give the query a happy ending!! I am looking for Mr Thomas Vice (1833-1889) who was buried by St Pauls Anglican Church in 1889. It was located on the corner of Albany Road and Govan Mbeki Avenue, according to the history section of their current website. Shannon
