Hi John, I've just gone through the same steps as you did. Not only is NAAIRS not working but the NARS email addresses as well. I've sent two emails to SAIT and I'll let you and the Lists know what I hear from them. I have no idea as to what INVERSE is. My guess it's in internal computer system(s) or network. This is just a theory but my guess is that, as of the first of the year, something has happened to NARS or the computer systems that they are dependent upon; maybe a reorganization, department transfer, or new upgraded servers for the web site. Wouldn't that be cool? I know I'm dreaming.
