On www.familysearch.org under Civil Deaths (not yet indexed), at the bottom of the list of years 1850 through to 1954, the last item is "Year Unknown". This opens up to some of the EAstern Cape areas, one of which is King Williams Town. Curious I wanted to know why it was "Year Unknown", only to find the year was known - 1943!! And there is no King Williamstown listed in the 1943 section! As an idea I copied down some of the 621 names and dates to give you an idea of the range; maybe they're yours!
