I started recording data on My Heritage site as well and then some stranger who as far as I know is not connected to us other than through my niece's husband has copied the entire tree to his and when I wrote to him his reply was that I made him the manager of the site which is absolute nonsense. I know how frustrated I was so I can imagine how you must feel.
