Hi Daryl If you have MS Office, or an equivalent, why not try their Access Data base or equivalent? Liz Eshmade's Cemetery CD is done using that & it is very powerful & easy to use. Hi Terry I have started using Access but having a few problems and someone offered to help me as well so I think I shall be sorted in a few days.
