After 10 years of searching I found my grandfather's birth and baptism!!! Also as luck would have it I am in Franschhoek on holiday and was able to go to the Stellenbosch branch of GISA, where the staff are so friendly and helpful and looked up the records. My head is still spinning with excitement as I now know who my great grandparents were. So a big thank you to all the subscribers who have helped somewhere along the way for me to be able to get this far!! Kind regards Sybil

Yes, I agree it has been a fantastic help. I also found my grandfather's baptism and a few that are most likely that of his siblings.
