Hello All, I was hoping that someone out there may have some information as to what happened to the Hepburn & Jeanes Studio in Grahamstown, as I have a number of old family photo's that were taken by this studio & I would love to get my hands on the negatives, or to find out if I am missing any photo's in a series. I googled the company, & apparently they were still going until fairly recently & they retained all of there negatives. Surely when they closed the negatives wouldn't have just been discarded, I am hoping that they were perhaps donated to a museum & archived (fingers crossed). If anyone could help out with any info, I would be most grateful. Thank you in anticipation. Lauren

Hi folks My GG Grandfather Edward Bell was in Port Elizabeth as a young child. I am wondering what schools he could have attended from 1884, he would have been six then. Also he was Anglican, was there any Anglican schools during that time? Has anyone successfully sourced information from a school and what type of information is available? Hi Listers I am looking for further information on Margaret Mary GREENWOOD nee PEACOCK (She is my husbands Great Grandmother) She was born in 1869 and died on 03/08/1951 and is buried in East Bank Cemetry, cemetry - Per her DN 1. she married a William Breen GREENWOOD in Beaconsfield Kimberley {if anyone can assist me with marriage record as I have very little information on either Wiliam or Margaret] 2.
