Hi Marielle Coincidentally I picked up a book today entitled Man of Many Facets Atherstone Dr W.G by Nerina Mathie compiled from Dr Atherstone's notebooks. here is what it says on page 46 " In 1842 Anna Maria, younger daughter of settler Miles Bowker of Tharfield married my brother, John Frederick Korsten Atherstone at BathhurstTthey too had their family about the same time as mine . Thank you so very much Rod, I am quite excited as I have no information on Vera WOLFF after her father, Bertrim WOLFF, died in March of 1914. Her mother was Kate FIENSTEIN and her uncle was David Fienstein ( maybe a Jewish connection to GOLDSWAIN). Vera's grandfather is/was Leo WOLFF and her grandmother is/was Adelaide BEST, this couple being my (maternal) g/grandparents. My grandfather was Claude WOLFF. I do not have any knowledge of GOLDSWAIN or DEBNAM. I have in depth knowledge of the BEST - MIDFORD (Mitford) families going back on the MIDFORD (Mitford) family as far back as the 17th Cen.
