Hannah Derenda Gravett 6 Aug 1890 I'm interested in John's parents, siblings and children with Hannah. John & Hannah are my mom's Grandparents, but I'm getting conflicting accounts of their children. The only one I'm certain of, is Millicent Derenda Waters - my mom's mother (dates unknown). Mom was very young when both her parents died, so not much information from her. In my work I deal with lots of foreigners, mostly Asian. Today I came across the surname "Kakdun". Unfortunatly I never saw the man, so I don't know if he was really that thin. Many years ago I also had a lady by the name of No-orange. Never could find out if it referred to the fruit or the colour. Hi Elaine Thank you for your kind offer. Unfortunately I do not have the parents names - this is what I am trying to find out. Must admit, my heart sank a 1000 feet when I read the comment that Margaret Minnie STEWART had come out to the Cape Colony at the age of 18. Either her father had died prior to the trip out or died in the Cape Colony prior to her marriage as her mother gave consent. If I work on the assumption that Allan STEWART was Margret's uncle I am inclined to think that Margaret's dad's name was Alexander [Allan's eldest child was named Alexander].
