    3. SATURDAY, 11 NOVEMBER, 1922 OBITUARY ------x------ THE REV. C.E. BRIGGS, B.A ------x------ The funeral of the Rev. C.E. BRIGGS, B.A., Chaplain of Michaelhouse School, who died at Grey's Hospital on Thursday, took place in the City yesterday. Following a service at the Cathedral, conducted by Canon HARKER and the Rev. W.P. AUSTIN, the cortege proceeded to the cemetery, the hearse being preceded by the surpliced choir and many clergy of the diocese, and followed by representatives of the staff and the boys of Michaelhouse School, together with members of the public. The service at the graveside was conducted by Archdeacon HODGSON, in the presence of a very large number of mourners and sympathisers. The chief mourners were Mrs. BRIGGS, the Rev. G.P. JEUDWINE (brother-in-law), the Rev. Frank GREEN, and the Rev. Eldred PASCOE (Rector of Michaelhouse). Among many others present were Canon FENTON, Canon HARKER, Canon HARRIS, the Rev. E.W.
