I don't know where you would find a gov't document. I knew the denomination of my ancestors and looked up several churches of that denomination online and emailed them. I got lucky and found the church their family went to and the church emailed me a copy of the entry they had for the wedding. They also looked up other family members and either sent me transcriptions of the entries or emailed me copies of the actual entries. Good luck!
