Dear Tara Just to correct a spelling for you. The Gwladys that you transcribed is correctly spelt. It is the Welsh for Gladys and the name you had as Myfanny is actually Myfanwy - also a Welsh girl's name. My mum was Welsh and my godmother is Gwladys and just checked with my aunt about the spelling of Myfanwy. Hope this helps with any other transcriptions. I love reading all your work and look forward to getting the next bulletin a soon as I have read the current one! Thank you so much for doing them for us. All the best Lorraine Howard nee Shum. I was born and brought up in Durban but now live in Ireland. -----Original Message----- From: south-africa-cape-town-request@rootsweb.com Sent: Friday, September 07, 2012 10:31 AM To: south-africa-cape-town@rootsweb.com Subject: SOUTH-AFRICA-CAPE-TOWN Digest, Vol 7, Issue 195 Today's Topics: 1.
