    3. Hi Beryl, I have not read the article but the reference to Under Lion's Head must be a reference to a book that is sadly out of print. To the best of my knowledge there is nothing similar wrt the suburbs that you mention. I grew up in that area in the 1950s/ 60s so I know the area well. If you wish to know something geographical please ask and I will try to answer. Note that it is Oranjezicht and was named as you could see the one point of the Castle (Oranje) very clearly from it.
