These would be Death Notices and/or Estate Papers, which are very informative as they very often mention parents' names, spouse and children. There are also 4 References to Mortgage Bond Documents for NORTJE, born ROACH at the Cape Archives. For more recent Death Notices you will have to do a search at Cape Master Death Notice Index Project.
