Hi Mike, Besides Death Notices/Estate Papers (MOOC) at the Cape Archives, http://www.national.archives.gov.za/naairs.htm , it would be well worth trying GISA in Stellenbosch. They have a project called SAG (SA Genealogies) which includes Church entries. Volume 12 (So - Sz) has now been completed and may include SOLOMON/S. GILMORE-GILMOUR is listed in Volume 2 (D - G) Their contact details are at: http://www.sun.ac.za/gisa/home.asp Good luck, Elva > From: "butlerm" <butlerm@mcmaster.ca> > Date: 17 August 2005 2:07:36 AM > To: SOUTH-AFRICA-CAPE-TOWN-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: SOLOMON in Cape Town > > > Good afternoon all.
