The details are:- ss ARMADALE CASTLE Sailed from Southampton on 9th March 1912 Mrs CARMICHAEL - described as "Wife" Miss CARMICHAEL Contracted to disembark at Cape Town. No sign of any husband and no initials or date of birth. I've checked the Consular and other births, but no CARMICHAELs, I'm afraid. Births At Sea only covers the period from 1854-1887.
