Hello Jacques If it's any help, I also had a problem logging in quite recently, after some changes to the site. I discovered my original user name was for some reason now invalid, so I tried the "Mary3...."(the mem.no.allocated to me),which comes up when you first go into the site, with my original password, and hey presto, I was in! Could this be your problem?
