Hi Maurice I have two Baxters : 1) FREDERICK WILLIAM --- b 31-12-1857 (Bromley , forest Town , Kent) , would have sailed +/- 1875-1885 2) SAMUEL --- b 1-6-1873 (Bromley , Kent) , would have sailed 1893-1896 As far as I know they were both single when they traveled --- not confirmed . They would have sailed into East London (most likely) or Port Elizabeth Many thanks for your help Regards Kevin -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Maurice Sheppard Sent: 06 June 2010 13:27 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [SOUTH-AFRICA-CAPE-TOWN] Passenger list: Shepherdess (1858) Hi Kevin, I have access to the passenger lists ex UK 1890-1960. I notice that you have access to passenger lists and wonder if you can assist me at all? I have a William Edward ANDERSON, with wife Lilian Beatrice ANDERSON and son Herbert William ANDERSON who arrived in Cape Town from UK somewhere between 1910 and 1913 together with William George WALKER, his wife Lilian Rose WALKER and their daughter Lilian Flora WALKER. I have not been able to find any information about their ship, their arrival in CapeTown or anything immediately following their arrival? Regards Lynn Anderson Sydney, Australia. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Maurice Sheppard" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, June 06, 2010 8:27 PM Subject: Re: [SOUTH-AFRICA-CAPE-TOWN] Passenger list: Shepherdess (1858) > Hi Kevin, > > I have access to the passenger lists ex UK 1890-1960.
