I am trying to find details of William Officer Fraser Anderson and his wife Constance Edith nee Hubard. I believe the family emigrated to Cape Town sometime after their marriage in 1917. They had two children Joan born 1920 and William Fraser born 1924 I believe both in South Africa. Any help in tracing this branch of the family would be gratefully received. Many thanks Diane
