Hi Bart, I have an old Donaldson's of Port Elizabeth of 1990 and in there it does mention Adderley Street, with two names, United Building and a Ungerer. >From way back in my memory, I think it was one of the side streets off Main Street now Govan Mbeki Ave. I know the United Building very well and I am sure it was down the side going from Main Street to Strand Street at the bottom (if my memory serves me right). I looked in the street section but it does not mention it but am sure we are in the right area.
