    3. Irene, My best friend at school was Kathleen Morris whose father was something big in the Police in Salisbury. She married her godmother's son Lance EDWARDS back in 1938/9. they lived for a time in the Cape somewhere. They were Catholic. I lost touch with her after the war.     3. Hi List Anyone researching the McLACHLAN family? Mary Cameron Stewart McCLACHLAN was born 1891 Partick Scotland. She married David SOUTER in 1917 in Partick Scotland. They then appear in SA: Children all born in the Cape (probably PE area): Margaret b 1920 Phyllis b 1921 Robert b 1924 Marjorie b 1927 All info is much appreciated Thanks Marcella Findlay Shames
