Protea Boekhuis, Stellenbosch has five copies of "Die van Zyl Familie in Suid Afrika" for R50 each. This is a slim volume on the European origins, it contains little ZA genealogy. Quagga Books, Stellenbosch has a very good copy of "British Residents at the Cape", and also a copy of Malherbe's "Drie Honderd Jaar Nasiebou". I highly recommend both of them. Keith
