This includes land grants to various people (all listed) in Natal in 1848-1850, (Volume 37). Lots of names that may be of interest, certainly to me, 2 of my 3gt grandfathers are listed. Other finds on Google Books include the Kenyan Gazette which includes the voting lists of 1925. 1926 and 1927. Have a look.
