Jenn, at the top it will read something like [1] of 156. Just estimate how far into that particular file you want to go from the lettering and type in a number like 80 to take you approx half way. When it loads use the Zoom + and - down at bottom right of the page to zoom in and out and also drag the picture around by holding down on your right mouse button.
