I was at school in NEWCASTLE, Natal where the senior female teacher had been a MRS. RUSSELL. She in fact was called " ma" Russell by all the girls who absolutely feared her. She taught TYPING and ENGLISH in those years (1960 to 1966) and possibly thereafter, perhaps not for too long as she was then already close to retirement I would think. She had a son called Jamie (obviously James ) who was good at diving. Perhaps her husband links to the Durban RUSSELL'S.
