    3. That explains why there is no birth registration in the UK indexes. Also the UK incoming ships' passenger lists on Ancestry.co.uk start from 1890, the arrival here is before that. I have found his death registration in Q4 1889 in London, England - name stated as Cecil Bertie W TURNER. His age is 0 - so he was born earlier that year (1889) in South Africa. This means that at least Annie travelled back to the UK in 1889 with Dulcie and Cecil. Joseph's whereabouts still to be found. Any help with this from someone in South Africa would be great.
