Nieca, This is my problem with my James Solomon of Indiana and Guilford County NC. He married Elizabeth Rhodes in 1825. I think the only thing that will tell us for sure is the bill of sale for the property James Jr. sold from his fathers estate. I have someone in Franklin County checking now to see if his wife signed the actual bill of sale. Im a little new at this business but I remember seeing several messages saying that the wife had to sign a sale like this???? Hope it tells us something.
