I have mentioned that it did have mistakes in it, but Lydia has not had the chance to correct them. Besides it is my direct line. It does not mention the others in it. Only John and Rebecca's line are listed in detail. We all know that Marie Lousie Malone is Peter the grandson of Peter Sr.'s wife we at this time do not know who Peter Sr.'s wife is. I just wanted to make that clear. So noone else will say that the information is wrong. At the top of the list it should say there are mistakes in it, now I did not list all of them, but some which have come to light recently through further research. According to William Lazarus's Confederate Military Record on file at the State Archives he was alive in 1865, he surrendered with his command as Captain of Joseph Clayton's old Company Co. H., 39th Ala. Inf. Martha' s widow's pensions also says he died in 1870. Which I pointed out. I also mentioned Thomas Carey Soloman and Melinda Ann Oates had three children Maud, Mary Tae, and Ligon Thomas. Also another thing I failed to mention is in Melinda Ann's widow's pension she gave her birth as 5/Feb/1851 not 5/jan/1851. I think I falied to mention that. But the other information is correct.
