    3. I've subscribed to the list several months ago and there was several postings everyday for about 6 weeks. Then I posted a message and after that there was hardly anything, then nothing for about 6 weeks till now. I'll try again: I'm looking for information on a Lavester J. Solomon and John Solomon listed in the Surry Co., NC 1820 census. They were next found in VA 1830 census in Scott Co. along with Sells Solomon, Wesley Solomon and in the adjoining county of Washington is William J. Solomon and Sampson Solomon. In the 1840 Ohio census most of these same men were found close together. Then Lavester and John disappeared but Sampson and Wesley along with my GGGrandfather Leveter Johnson Solomon were found together in IN in 1850. We think John could be Johnson's father because he was born in 1822 and in the 1820 census John had a son between 5 and 10 years old. Lavester could be the father of John. I would like to know if anyone has information on these two men's children and who they were married to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Don I've seen Leveter spelled several different ways.
