When her family arrived in America they settled in Sadalia< Mo. They took the name Solomon from the Solomon river. Her name was Edna Burton Solomon, she was born in Sadalia, Mo. btwn. 1840-1850. She had a bro. Harry and a sis. Grace. She married Charles Henry Gardner and moved to Springfield, Ma. and bor 6 children Everett, Charles W., Bertram, Ralph C. Pearl and Grace.
