I know Henry Alonzo Solomon was born in GA, and was married to Martha Lula Compton, b.1867, Cass Co., MO. They had a son named Harl Vaughn Solomon, born in Luling, TX. Now back to Henry Alonzo Solomon. The family story has been that his father died in, or during, the civil war, while living in Georgia. Henry's mother moved away to Texas, and took young Henry, after her husband was killed. She settled in central Texas, and married a man named Jakie Stevenson. That is all I know about the Solomon line. We can't remember anything further back than Henry. Do any of these names fit into anybody's research? If so please let me know. Thanks. DHB
