Does the society have any members or know of any organisations that could take on a commission at short notice? This is just a late, quick and possibly incompletely consodered reply - hence on-list ... It sounds to me like this person is starting from the wrong place. Why mess with Word when the data can be put directly into GenoPro. I find GenoPro great when I have a modest 'tree extract' to present in the Oxfordshire journal.
