I am trying to find the name of the occupant of 159, Elm Park Mansions, Chelsea in 1903-4. This is a block of flats. The present management company has no old records. The electoral registers for those years have no elector at that number. The 1901 census only lists the flats up to no. 154 - it is possible that the conversion of the block to dwellings was still incomplete in 1901. Does anyone have any ideas for further hunting?
