Celia,I have also been having problems with it, virtually every quarter only my symptoms are, that I can log in to it,use it for an hour or so, log out but not get back in. I get a message stating that my time is spent. I spoke to a young lady at the SOG Fair about it and she got me set up again. the same thing has happened yet again.
