    3. Thank you, Rae, it is very satisfying to have my efforts acknowledged. The reason I chose to do so, however, was partially out of self-interest. I run a professional genealogy business and was finding I couldn't even re-create some of the searches my clients were sending me as background data. I then found I couldn't re-create some searches I'd provided them with a month or so earlier. I was literally tearing my hair out. Hopefully they now have the message - and I shall be keeping tabs on them.
